One ski trip and it was ripped from my liner
I put it on the outside of my ski boot liner then slipped it into the shell. Unfortunately it doesn't last long on me and it didn't help my ankle with my ski boots either. It seemed to help at first, but by the end of the day the shell of my boot had compressed it and ripped it off most of the way.
