I like how it is easy for me as an owner of my business to access this program through any device that has internet service available. It allows us quick updates from clients when we are not there at their home or office. The ease of use makes sure they get what they need without having to call someone each time something needs corrected! Nothing really but just overall great product which was worth every penny spent by myself purchasing and using this system over 10 years ago!! We have been able to keep all information up-to date very easily since implementation. This helps tremendously keeping track of client files so no one gets lost along the way nor does anything go overlooked. Having such a large file base can be overwhelming if done manually.
