To be honest, the price seemed high when I ordered it. But I figured it saved me the expense and risk of going to the hardware store - and if the wood was of quality, that would justify the price. I needed it for some reorganization in my kitchen.The item arrived quickly — but was damaged in several places. While it is real wood, the stain is thin and unattractive. I figured the damage would be disguised in placement and just decided to keep it because I wanted to be finished with my organization project.It doesn’t come with instructions but it was fairly easy/intuitive for assembly. Once assembled and in place, I realized how unsturdy it was. The padded cushions provided to ensure the wood doesn’t scrape your counters makes it wobble.At this point, I could report it and return it but seems like it would be more trouble to disassemble it, pack it up and return it. You’re honestly better off just going yo the hardware store and staining the wood yourself. Avoid the product.
