good network. Looks like it will hold up pretty well

Nice design easy to install IF you have mounting points. I bought them for the trunk of my Subaru Legacy. While it didn't have any contact points for cutting stitches, I was able to find a point or two to use. The net is holding up well. It can be fully unfolded to hold items OR used similarly to an envelope. Note, however, that the sides are unsealed, making it look more like a file folder than an envelope. There are 6 contact points in total. 4 clips on each corner and 2 loops on each reinforced side. The clips are plastic and the loops are redundant from the bungee that goes through the net. The net doesn't cover my entire trunk, at least inconveniently. He stretched himself, it seems, to the limit. However, I found a narrower section of my trunk to overlap the mesh. As long as the mesh is still taut, it feels more comfortable than something that could cause the bungee to snap. I wanted some flexibility and room to bungee stretch. My net is stretched across the bottom of my truck and serves two purposes. It contains items that I plan to keep in my trunk for a long time. Second, I can throw things over the net and not worry (too much) about them slipping. For the money it works like a charm. My only advice is to plan where you will be attaching the hooks wherever possible. You may have to invent or find hooks to activate them. I was also able to attach the net to the roof of my trunk and it held items pretty well. But it wouldn't really make much sense as getting items in and out can be painful and the item mesh in the trunk flexes. It might work with something light, but not with my 5 pound (and rather small) first aid kit.

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • Hard to tell
