Did a lot of research and everything pointed to this pulley being the SUPPLY pulley and not the TENSION pulley the correct one. Confirmed correct for my 2002 Isuzu Axiom on AND Gates website. When I received and removed the original block, I found that my shaft size is about 1/2 inch (12mm I believe) and the size recommended by Gates (as well as Goodyear DayCo and others) is 17mm. Everyone wants to sell the same unit as an OEM replacement, and in some cases everyone is wrong. Again, after a lot of research, I finally found a Dayco 89184 tensioner/idler that may work. I will order and try. I found a site where the datasheet says shaft size 89184 is 12mm. Most websites do not seem to disclose this information. You should probably FIRST remove the stock pulley and check the mounting shaft size before ordering and wasting time. I noticed that others have encountered a similar problem but have not found a solution. Maybe Isuzu did something stupid with the propshaft size on some units. Dennis
