I saw this in the Also Bought With section when I switched to Laserjet and since the printer I bought didn't have a scanning capability I added it to my shopping cart. I'm so glad I did. When my scanner was installed in my inkjet printer it was a problem, this little thing is so handy and has made my paperless business so much easier. ADVANTAGES: - Small and portable. Only powered by the included USB cable, so you can keep it in your desk drawer when not in use and throw it in your bag and take it with you when you need it. - Easy to use, start the program, put your paper on the scanner, click "Scan" and just keep feeding the paper until you're done. CONS: - The software is a bit outdated and you really only have to press the scan button if you need to change the settings or any of the settings are showing their age. The sensor that tells the scanner to feed further is a few inches from the left, so you'll have to scan all papers with holes punched upside down, or it will scan them in three sections. You also need to make sure you are feeding the pages straight, tilting it left or right will wrinkle or jam the scanner. be able to scan to android tablet or phone via app?
