Almost, but not quite.

The design of this item is exactly what we wanted our cistern to be semi-permanently connected to a septic tank in a fixed RV site. However, the fit is not tight. The swivel fittings line up and "seem" to mate, but as soon as the tank is pulled out to drain, there's a drop - it's not airtight. So we have drippers and unnecessary extra smell to contend with. I'm hoping to find a gasket or something that can create a better seal. Otherwise I'll have to permanently attach it to our mount with PVC glue. which negates the handy "twist and secure" factor I thought this product had. It works. But not great.
