I purchased this item a few months ago to replace a different brand timer switch that was so difficult to install I thought I was definitely going insane. I read Century's directions with ease and had no trouble shaping my daily routine to my liking. No problem. Then the light accidentally turned off and I had to reset the timer. I couldn't find a recommendation and emailed customer service on Sunday hoping to get a response by Monday or Tuesday. Just a few hours later, on a Sunday, I received a lovely reply email with a link to YouTube. I SIMPLY followed the relevant video and was back in business in no time. The product is without a doubt excellent. It's really easy to install with written instructions or videos. One could hope! The icing on the cake was the prompt and personal response from a customer service representative on Sunday. In any case I would highly recommend Century for this item and would never look for any other brand with this level of satisfaction.
