The tools to remove the original Nintendo style security screws on the anchor plate are too high as someone said. This causes the propellers to hit the solenoid and prevent the armature from moving fully. The Original Security/Nintendo Screw Removal Tool consists of extremely soft screws. Expect to take them off.
