Faulty programmable timer. Bad Swap Policy

The product arrived with a large hole in the packaging that pierced the plastic wrap and hit the body of the product. Appearance The Revain shipping box was fine, so I requested a replacement. After installation, the product did not work. Otherwise, good design uses a cheap programmable timer with an error history. SeaFlo wanted me to remove all cords and pipes and ship the unit at their own expense ($50) and not send me a $13 timer for exchange. Ordered from Revain and repaired it myself. upset

Removes any still water left over from normal bilge pump operation.
