It's not OFC, it's just a standard CCA. I have confirmed this with a combustion test (plus weight). I could have sworn it was pure copper when I bought it 3 months ago but looking back it doesn't mention it anywhere in the description (maybe it has been updated). I bought it because it was CL2 certified and used it to run cables in my attic to my Dolby Atmos ceiling speakers. The wire quality is surprisingly good. The jacket is not too thin and the wiring is easy to remove. It's also legal 14 gauge cable, albeit only a CCA. I was arguing between 14 gauge and 16 gauge but was glad I went with 14 gauge because as it turned out not to be an OFC it now has the current capacity of a standard 18 gauge OFC. What good for my Atmos devices that aren't working anymore. over 50W RMS per channel. One thing I'm a bit doubtful about is that it's CCA which wire is much more likely to corrode over time. They rely heavily on the wire's sheath being airtight and well sealed. Let me tell you about the length. it's a bit different. This is noted on the footage, but appears to be about 1/4-1/2 inch per foot, which works out to about 4 feet for a 100-foot run. All in all a good CCA cable if you know its limitations.
