When buying trousers, the right size was the most important thing to me. I wear L or XL. Company reviews and the size grid suggested XXL. BUT - the reviews said 5ft 7" at 198lbs, 194lbs and 5ft 8" at 180lbs bought an XL and would like an L. I'm 203 and 5ft 6" - bought an L and am very happy with it They are slim but not uncomfortable!They stretch and only get better and better as I lose weight!They stay up at the waist with a tie and I love the zips around the legs-so easy to put on and thought I might need an extra one Padding on the front of the last - I made my own - I was wrong! The padding was perfect - the extras made it uncomfortable! I ride 16-21 miles every time - several times a week!
