I like how easy it was to use, we were able to create our own custom surveys using questions that fit exactly what we needed them too! We had no issues with anything at all during setup or while actually taking data from customers via their website/mobile app - everything worked flawlessly!! The only thing i dislike about this product are some minor bugs here & there but they do get fixed pretty quickly so you don't have any problems once those things come up. This software has been an amazing tool when dealing wtih clients who may not be tech savy (like myself) as well as giving us insight into where improvements can made within services provided by ourselves. It's also great being able to see trends over time which helps me make decisions regarding future projects more effectively than if just looking through spreadsheets would allow. Also having access to reports gives us better information regarding client retention rates etc.. Overall very happy user experience thus far. Greatly improved overall.
