Very helpful for tracking customer satisfaction

I like how easy it was to use, we were able to create our own custom surveys using questions that fit exactly what we needed them too! We had no issues with anything at all during setup or while actually taking data from customers via their website/mobile app - everything worked flawlessly!! The only thing i dislike about this product are some minor bugs here & there but they do get fixed pretty quickly so you don't have any problems once those things come up. Great customer support and insightful analytics

I like that you are able to see what stage your clients have reached when it comes their feedbacks, as well as being given access straight away so i can help them where they're at or guide him/her further if required! Sometimes its hard because my dashboard looks messy with all these different things overlapping - but this could be improved by making more tabs available (maybe including 'comments'?) Overall great service though :) nothing really apart from minor niggles which doesnt take much…

Great customer experience monitoring platform

We can monitor our customer engagement and make sure that our customers are happy with us. The dashboard is easy to understand and follow. It is also very secure, as you cannot access your account without permission from track.co. I would like it better if we could have more metrics to choose from - there is only one metric that I'm aware of now, but I hope they develop it further.
