I like that you are able to see what stage your clients have reached when it comes their feedbacks, as well as being given access straight away so i can help them where they're at or guide him/her further if required! Sometimes its hard because my dashboard looks messy with all these different things overlapping - but this could be improved by making more tabs available (maybe including 'comments'?) Overall great service though :) nothing really apart from minor niggles which doesnt take much time solving.
