Review on 🚚 CURT 13264 Class 3 Trailer Hitch for Toyota Tacoma - 2-Inch Receiver, Enhanced Compatibility by Dave Brummet

I have read several reviews of people having trouble prying the screw through the bumper and can confirm this is the problem . There was no way the bolt could go through a metal bar with a hole in it. I give 1 star because they sell a product that doesn't work. Telling people they are doing something wrong is not customer service. The hitch itself seems to be of high quality and all the bolts line up, but the bolts in the bumper won't go in no matter what angle you try to fish them out. . To solve this problem I used a dremel to enlarge the square hole so it was rectangular. I removed a piece about 1/3" long. I was then able to remove the screw and install this stupid thing. I really don't like buying products whose manufacturers think it's good business to waste the customer's time.
