Labor camps are a huge improvement over what I had on the board. They are very easy to install and compared to my old bearings which spun for 7 seconds, these spun for 16 seconds. Unfortunately they sent me a rusty one the first time. After I left my first review, Jason and Leah from the company contacted me to apologize and to contact me about my replacement. They assured me that they would contact their manufacturing facility and resolve the issue. They sent me some extra sets of bearings and some lube for my troubles. I am very happy with Heady Shake and appreciate their customer care.
