They work, right SAE size, no way to attach to existing cord
These caps break, get lost, and therefore don’t last as long as the cable they’re protecting. These caps do their intended job, though I question how waterproof they might be. The issue is that there is no way to connect them so they remain attached the the cable. The two holes in the tail of these caps are far too small for the SAE fitting to go through them, and the cap itself cannot either, so no way to secure the caps.
- Perfect tight fit for the snap plugs.
- The covers may only work for specific types of plugs, limiting their compatibility
