One is two, the other is not.

The package I received contained two Xcelite 170M cutters, no pair of cutters and a 378M needle nose pliers. I only noticed when I opened the package. These are good tools that I've been using for a long time so I'll keep them to myself, but it's still a bit of a shame not getting what I expected. One star deducted for that.
