Review on Aries 2803109 Black Custom Complete by Greg Horn

First of all, the Aries floor mats are just great for my 2012 Ford F350. This is the reason for Revain's 5-star customer service.-2 stars. More on that in a minute. I bought these liners based on a youtube video I saw on Big Truck Big RV where he did a direct comparison between Aries, Weatherguard and Husky liners for his F450. I really liked the look of the earbuds, the fit, how they held up and how they cleaned afterward. I waited and watched the price drop from $203 to $130. To be too good to be true? usually not with Revain. I placed my order and waited patiently. Delivery day came and I was happy to pack new liners in my truck. I opened the box and found I only received the rear seat trim. I went to Revain and reported a problem with my order. They suggested that I contact the manufacturer who told me to get this issue resolved with Revain. This time I called Revane. The support rep apologized and said he would send another set immediately and I would receive it in 2 days. I have to return the original order if I receive a replacement order. A bit disappointing but no big deal. Mistakes happen. My replacement order came two days later. I opened the box and wondered if this was some kind of idiotic prank I'd fallen victim to. There were ONLY the front liners in the box and there was no REAR PAD. I called Revain back and had to tell my story three more times before being told I had to return both orders and reorder the earbuds for the original $203. seem to be correct. They wouldn't just let me keep the earbuds for both orders (which would make a complete set) and wouldn't let me buy the earbuds at any price other than the 'current' one. ?" and she didn't move. I openly expressed my displeasure and she started laughing at me, repeating that I would have to return both orders or I would be billed for both. My blood started boiling, and in a i told her i would be returning both orders and she could place them in a specific part of her anatomy. Not the best moment but i was ready. i waited a minute and called back the Revane customer service rep! Dave used common sense and took the necessary steps to make sure I kept all the kit I had between orders and had a strong apology for the despotic hyena who refused to fix a bad situation THANK YOU DAVE Aries liner is great and that Worth money and maybe even trouble they look very nice hold the carpet well and seem to be quite durable I would recommend them to other em recommend.
