The best part about this software was its capability for managing multiple projects by just one user account/user. This meant it saved both time as well money at our organization! Nothing specific except maybe some more features should have been added since we are yet not able to use all functions currently available but I believe once these issues get sorted out then there would be no point complaining anymore. Highly recommend using kops even if you don't plan to do any development work because using this tool made my life easier when running a team like mine who were working together from different locations remotely.
