Review on Rada Cutlery Stubby Butcher Knife by Kristin Morris

Shortly after I bought this I bought a whole cut. This was my first time carving a whole fillet but this knife made the process so much easier than if I had used any other type of knife. I cleaned and trimmed some ribeye a few weeks ago (essentially just removing the tip, peeling off the silver skin and removing all the excess fat) and the job was a lot easier than many times I've done it with other knives . As with my other knives, this one is razor sharp and will remain so even after a few pulls on the sharpener (a must have for all your knives). This tool allows you to quickly get a handle on any cut of meat, and the blade is just the right size for you to maneuver around the bone, and the handle is comfortable so I'm not afraid it'll slip off when I apply pressure must (also with latex gloves). I cut up a whole chicken in record time with virtually no effort. If that sounds like I'm showing off that knife, that's because I am.
