A good sharp knife in the kitchen and dining room

I bought this knife about a year ago and I really like it. When my son moved into his own apartment, we gave him one. This is such a great knife. This is the perfect size for all types of cuts. It's sharp and stays that way. It is durable and easy to use. It feels good in the hand. It cleans easily. I love this knife.

Pros
  • Quick Change
Cons
  • Out of fashion

New favorite! - Cutlery and knife accessories

Superb American knife with SHARP stainless steel hollow blade! My wife's new favorite kitchen knife. Although billed as a butcher knife (and the perfect shape for carving up meat), it works well for cooking vegetables for those too scared to use an actual chef's knife.

Pros
  • Consistent test results
Cons
  • Hard to say

Amazing Knives: Cutlery and Knife Accessories

We originally found the Rada line at a flea market in Florida. My wife bought one and we have since been sold. Living in Colorado it wasn't clear where to find more Revain to the rescue. We have now bought a complete set including steak knives. If you are looking for extremely sharp knives that cut or slice to perfection then these knives are for you.

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • Functionality

When it comes to chef's knives, nothing beats the best

These are the best knives in the world! The absolute best. They feel good in the hand, big enough to hold but not too big and unnecessarily heavy. Flexible but not flexible, and strong but not brittle. Get a fun looking pencil sharpener and hold a razor blade on it with almost no effort. Superparer is my favorite knife. This boning knife takes second place. I have only good things to say about this knife.

Pros
  • Inspires confidence
Cons
  • Definitely a bad product

Big and extremely sharp

I've become a big fan of Rada knives [and I have classic Wüsthof knives]. I have paring knives and a large chef's knife, a tomato slicer and others. The tomato slice is perfect! This fills the gap between a chef's knife and a small utensil. I would rate it as a heavy utility or small butcher knife. This knife is one that you will reach for a lot. I will never pay a higher price for a NAME ever again.

Pros
  • Special offer
Cons
  • Small parts

Great size and sharp as it gets

I've become a big fan of Rada knives [and I own the Wüsthof classic]. But I use the Rada when I need it sharp and reliable, especially for slicing and chopping.

Pros
  • There's something to it
Cons
  • Definitely a bad product

Great and inexpensive!

These knives are amazing! They are incredibly sharp and hold an edge well. They easily pass tomatoes and cut whole chickens. I bought one about 20 years ago and loved it so much I bought another to use while the other was in the dishwasher. Yes, they say hand wash for the aluminum handle versions, but the only dishwasher effect is to darken the aluminum handle. I don't find the color change disturbing, I actually like it. I already have a Rada bread knife and am going to buy a cutter/ash cutter

Pros
  • Pleasant
Cons
  • Sad equipment

Love this knife love Rada

This is my second Rada knife and I love both (second tomato slicer). I have already started recommending them to everyone I know and am very happy to be able to cut dishes. This is not only a beautiful knife, but also very sharp and fits perfectly in the hand. I bought a Rada Tomato Slicer dishwasher but I definitely prefer the aluminum handles and will only buy them in the future. I used to use a serrated knife to carve chicken, but a short carving knife makes it a lot easier, especially when…

Pros
  • Like all so far
Cons
  • Legacy Model

Where has this knife been all my life?

Shortly after I bought this I bought a whole cut. This was my first time carving a whole fillet but this knife made the process so much easier than if I had used any other type of knife. I cleaned and trimmed some ribeye a few weeks ago (essentially just removing the tip, peeling off the silver skin and removing all the excess fat) and the job was a lot easier than many times I've done it with other knives . As with my other knives, this one is razor sharp and will remain so even after a few…

Pros
  • Brilliantly Done
Cons
  • Fading
