Review on Rada Cutlery Stubby Butcher Knife by Selena Ananth

These knives are amazing! They are incredibly sharp and hold an edge well. They easily pass tomatoes and cut whole chickens. I bought one about 20 years ago and loved it so much I bought another to use while the other was in the dishwasher. Yes, they say hand wash for the aluminum handle versions, but the only dishwasher effect is to darken the aluminum handle. I don't find the color change disturbing, I actually like it. I already have a Rada bread knife and am going to buy a cutter/ash cutter and a slicer.
