Microwave heating pad

This is a wonderfully useful item. I know I need to apply heat before stretching my shoulder injury but the cords and switches on my electric heating pad just made it impossible. Enter the microwave heating pack. I tried it and it's wonderful. I know it can be used as an ice pack, too but I haven't used it for that yet. But it made my shoulder feel better. Highly recommend.
