Even better than I expected
I really like this cutting board. I ran it on mineral oil for a few days. Easy cleaning. In fact, it's the ONLY thing in my kitchen I don't mind hand washing! It lies flat on my countertop. I don't miss the thin or thick plastic cutting boards I've used in the past. I went to Revain with the intention of buying flimsy plastic cutting boards but ended up buying this one based on the reviews and I'm so glad I did! I'm addicted to these now!
