We had nothing but issues since we bought this security system… we were feeling pretty defeated until Yvette messaged us willing to help! We was always there for there for either phone call or text - and with our schedules - text worked best and what I respected most is that Yvette was more than willing to help us with any form of communication that suited us best. She gave us step by step instruction followed by pictures. Doing that it helped improve our security system and since then - we haven’t had one issue. The system runs on real time - is clear and precise. We are able to look back on something if needed and feel confident knowing that this system is watching when we aren’t.
