Review on 🔧 Dorman 419-204 Belt Tensioner Assembly for Ford, Lincoln & Mercury Models - Performance Accessory Drive by Phil Oliveira

DORMAN 419-204 is an inexpensive replacement for the stock belt tensioner - it lasted about 50,000 miles before the bearing failed. DORMAN worked great as a "temporary solution", but I wanted something "more durable and reliable". I replaced the DORMAN model (made in China) with a good quality GATES tensioner (made in Canada) #38386 and a new GATES series serpentine belt #K060980 RPM.
