This is a cute sourdough sourdough tracker product
This sourdough starter has a bamboo tray that seals the sourdough tightly so it can be placed on the counter. This is a cute little display for my young son who loves to measure magnets that show when the starter doubles in size when you feed it. There is also a thermometer. The magnetic strip has to be cut to fit the jar and starter line starters are attached to it and I put a thermometer strip underneath. easy and helpful. Bake your own sourdough bread.
