Fresh out of the box I've already had to use them as a hammer although it's not a hammer these pliers are heavy and dense they hit the nail No time. This is my second Tsunoda pliers, the quality is excellent, the handle feels good, the teeth on the jaws feel really sharp. They open and close so gently that it brings joy into your life. Haven't used the crimp function yet but I think they will crimp the connectors with no problem. There is a very, very small gap at the top of the jaws, maybe a fraction of a millimeter, nothing to complain about, just an observation.
