Arrived with parts missing. I'm not blaming a few parts that got lost in transit but the fact that 2 HSS drill bits are missing and 1 diamond grinder is missing is very frustrating. corresponding slots. I immediately noticed that bits were missing from the top, and I didn't see them anywhere in the case, put in a bag with bubble wrap and a sealed box so that the bits didn't fall out and lay in the box. (which I checked anyway, just to be sure) I realize it's cheap, I don't expect beats to be above hobby quality, but I did expect to get all the beats I paid for.
