This is the biggest scam you can sell. If a handheld scanner has worked well for about 4 years. They stopped the program that was running it, so we were forced to upgrade. Bought NEAT DESK and it took 3 days to install. Because they force you to buy an additional annual plan to access phone support. You can email them with every purchase, but to speak to someone you have to pay for the package. So again we were forced to buy a package and spent the last 4 days dealing with tech support to find out why it's not working properly. Simply put, it's falsely advertised, it doesn't do anything, it says that he will EXCEPT/SCAN the paper you go through. I scanned over 200 receipts and had to go back and fix EVERY one. Name, amount, date, tax amount or means of payment are not recognized. Called tech support again and asked why it wasn't working properly. And I've been told the problem is in the software running it, it doesn't always recognize the receipt. Then I was told that the only solution to the problem was to enter all the information manually. It's fine if you have a few to scan, but with company you'll be tearing your hair out trying this method. The bottom line is that it is advertised and sold incorrectly and should not be sold if the product does not deliver what it promises.
