Pretty good product with terrible support. My satellite device broke during the warranty period and after 10 hours (not an exaggeration) on the phone with Netgear tech support over a month ago I received a valid RMA number. I waited over a month for a replacement unit to be sent even though I paid over $30 for expedited shipping. Now they have my $30 and no one tells me when to expect a unit replacement. One month, which means sending the device in for replacement quickly?! If you buy this system pray that it never fails as you will end up greatly regretting your purchase after trying to contact Netgear support.
