Review on Extreme Max 3005 3726 Heavy Duty Carrier by Chuck Chen

I just installed this device. It was the only one I could find that would hold a 6-stud wheel. Some of the galvanized coating flaked off at the end of the pipe upon entry. I expect the gear to rust fairly quickly as it doesn't have a strong finish and I will be using it on a saltwater trailer. I had to install on aluminum so I made some plastic insulating pads to prevent the steel from contacting the aluminum and corroding. A wheel with 6 tracks fits, but hardly. It doesn't fit in 2 holes directly opposite, it actually fits between 2 holes on the same side of the wheel. I sprayed the unit with anti-corrosion spray, I hope that helps. Looks like a good unit but haven't been on the water yet so I'll keep an eye on it and report any problems.
