I would not recommend buying this kettle, or if you notice any issues with the 'sticky' or difficult to remove lid you can return it for a full refund for up to 30 days. I've noticed that the Bean Envy usually helps with returns/exchanges so I felt comfortable with the purchase and continued to use the kettle despite the lid getting stuck and difficult to remove at times. Today the thermometer/top of the kettle lid fell apart when I removed the lid to fill for use so I'm looking for where to contact Revain customer service as I can't find the Bean Envy customer service contact. Information. I hope I can get some help for a full refund for a replacement kettle, if not I doubt I'll buy the same kettle as this lid failure seems to be a recurring problem for those looking to buy a tea/coffee kettle. kettle in the future.
