Review on Enhanced Camera Support πŸ“· Straps by Think Tank Photo V2.0 by Reza Cook

Note the limitations

I chose to use it with the Think Tank Pixel Racing Harness V2.0. However, it didn't take long for me to realize that it really wasn't made for something as heavy as my Canon 5D3+ 70-200 f/2.8. I soon found that the weight in front of my chest was no different than using a neck strap - very uncomfortable. I should note that I am 57 years old. For those who are young and very healthy, the conclusion may be different. Regardless of your age, any weight in front of your chest will pull your neck and shoulder down, eventually creating tension. This product is much more suitable for cameras with small lenses. The part that connects to the wiring harness is made of plastic and a thin metal clip. It might be strong, but I didn't feel confident enough to trust it with about $5,000 worth of gear hanging from it. I also found it quite inconvenient to connect the clamps to the suspension. In fact, I had to remove my seat belt to do it. Also, it would match the belt better if it was black (as shown in the photo), but the photo is misleading as the belts are grey. Since almost all Think Tank products are black, I have no idea why they chose this eye-catching color. I also didn't know what to do with the extra straps once they were tied, but at that point I hadn't even tried to figure out how to deal with them. Rather than messing around with returns, I just tossed the kit in my Pelican case for maybe DIY use in the future. If you're looking for a hands-free carrying system, check out Peak Design's Capture Clip V2.0. The great thing about it is that it can be attached to almost anything - your belt, TT belt, backpack, whatever, as well as the lens facing down vertically or horizontally. Wearing it at waist level with the Think Tank Pro Speed Belt V2.0 relieves me from neck and shoulder pain.
