Review on T Fal Ultimate Anodized Nonstick Dishwasher by Saber Spencer

I bought my T-fal in September thinking it would be a reliable pan in my apartment. I was very happy with this pan for the first few weeks. Then, after 6-7 weeks, the handle started to "swing". If I continue to use this pan, I estimate that the handle will fall off within a year. I couldn't believe it and figured T-Fal would fix it by sending me a new pan. Your customer service was terrible. I wrote a complaint on their website with video evidence of the handle defect. 6 days later I received a reply asking me to send the pot to one of their facilities for a 'check' at my expense. Only after the inspection is it determined whether the defect requires the replacement of the pot. All warranty claims on this kettle are bogus - the spare tires are too high to jump over and the customer service is terrible. I would not recommend this pot.
