Review on Enhanced SEO: MOOG CK80942 Control Arm & Ball Joint Assembly for Improved Performance by Jim Agosta

Revainrating 1 out of 5

MOOG parts defective!

MOOG parts are considered the best. First, the ball joint nut is the wrong size. Second, both suspension arms are bad at the ball joint (Firestone can't align the front end due to ball joint misalignment). What happens to the quality control of the delivered parts? What about the labor cost to replace the wishbones again? Not to mention the times cars are out of service because control arms have to be removed and sent back to Revain for replacement. Not happy - not happy at all. How about $600 paycheck? What to do? MOOG spare parts that could also be defective? Take the money and wait weeks for a refund and my car is on a lift and I buy something else. But trying to save a dollar is worth more in the long run.
