Fits perfectly. on levers

Perfect fit. This hand was an exact fit for the OEM. Both upper arms were replaced in about 30-45 minutes. I suggest putting some grease on the ball joint after installation and then leveling the front end.

Pros
  • High quality assembly
Cons
  • There are nuances

Ball-jointed boots are junk.

Driver ball joint boot broken twice! First time in a week and the replacement has a hole in the side that pushed out the grease when I put the castle nut back in place to get the cotter pin out. I'm thinking of going straight to Moog to get the ball joint.

Pros
  • Very good price
Cons
  • Nothing

Good item Bad shipping

Good item but bad shipping. The part was taken off the shelf and shipped in a Moog box without a piece of tape. There was a hole in the box where the ball joint was sticking out. After installation I noticed that the ball joint dust bag was torn, grease was leaking out.

Pros
  • Sturdy construction
Cons
  • Expandable

Great Item!: Control Levers and Parts

Perfect fit and replacement part for 2005 Chevrolet Silverado, Length. cabin, 4x4. No problems with it or with its operation. In the last 2-3 months I have renewed the entire front suspension with all MOOG parts. This is another piece I highly recommend from them. In addition, the price is unbeatable!

Great for spares

These are great control levers and most importantly they have an oiler. They go perfectly with my '06 Silverado. A small problem is that when they arrived there was a small scratch in the rubber boot on one of the hands. The box wasn't badly damaged in transit so I can only assume the nick happened before it left the factory. Otherwise I have no complaints. The product includes castellated nut, cotter pin and oiler.

Ball Joint Boots - Scrap

I bought these upper arms for my truck and waited to fit them until all the parts were in place up front. Once I installed them all went well until it was time to fill the ball joint with grease. When I filled it about halfway, grease started pouring out of the hole in the trunk, and the hole on the passenger side was slightly larger because so much more was leaking out. The part itself is well made but the boots need some work. Now to the fact that I was waiting for other parts to arrive. I…

Pros
  • Great for a small house
Cons
  • Questionable purchase for the elderly

MOOG parts defective!

MOOG parts are considered the best. First, the ball joint nut is the wrong size. Second, both suspension arms are bad at the ball joint (Firestone can't align the front end due to ball joint misalignment). What happens to the quality control of the delivered parts? What about the labor cost to replace the wishbones again? Not to mention the times cars are out of service because control arms have to be removed and sent back to Revain for replacement. Not happy - not happy at all. How about $600…
