Great tool for the novice baker!

Like many others, I have baked a lot in the last 9 months and have become addicted to sourdough bread. I recently used a riccle lame to hammer a boule and it does the job perfectly. Way better than any sharp knife or scissors I have in my kitchen! The handle fits well in the hand and is easy to use.
