Arrived quickly and as described. The box contained a wooden handle, 10 individually wrapped blades in a storage box, leather blade sheath and instructions. It was very easy to assemble. Most of the packaging is compostable/recyclable which is always nice! Can't wait to start using it!

Works great! The blades are sharpened really well for pruning. Additional blades will also come in handy. Attaching the blade to the llama is very easy and safe. It's also very secure in place. Blade scores very well. It is easy to use and ergonomic. A hat is also very good for safety :)

Like many others, I have baked a lot in the last 9 months and have become addicted to sourdough bread. I recently used a riccle lame to hammer a boule and it does the job perfectly. Way better than any sharp knife or scissors I have in my kitchen! The handle fits well in the hand and is easy to use.

I have recently started making sourdough and have always used a knife to cut the top of the bread. I got this bread lame and it's a game changer. It's durable, the handle feels good in your hand, and the blades cut bread perfectly. I will never bake bread again without this tool. If you are a bakery you need this!

What a waste! The box arrived quickly and was very easy to put together. The blade is sharp and thin, and thanks to this I was able to get an excellent result. Mine went lame the other day. Very happy with this set. Made with care. It has a nice leather blade sheath and comes with a couple of extra blades. I tested it on my buckwheat bread, which is always quite sticky. Khromy did extremely well. The blades are very sharp. Highly recommended as a professional tool for bakers.

I have baked a lot of bread and wanted to try making the loaves more aesthetically pleasing. This lame was a good price and easy to use. Putting the blade on the hilt was a little fiddly and a little nerve wracking, but I guess that's a matter of practice. Anyway - I am satisfied with my first attempts and hope that the breads will become more complex over time.

I bought this for slicing bread but have had better success using it for pastry dough. The pastry dough needed a delicate touch and it helped. This created some really nice lines that I would never get with a knife. It wasn't so successful with my bread. I couldn't get a high enough score on the moist bread dough recipe I used, so the lines weren't very clear.

Of the 4 plates I've bought this is by far the best. The first was part of a $10 bread baking kit and it was awful. The blade would not come loose and was blunt from the start. The second was the UFO knife, which worked great with an easily replaceable blade, except it wasn't curved. I make baguettes twice as often as boules/batars and I want chowder! I got a third record which was good except it didn't have much grip and the blade ran down the handle at times. When I received this all my…
