Sharp and clean finished, perfect for scoring
Mine went lame the other day. Very happy with this set. Made with care. It has a nice leather blade sheath and comes with a couple of extra blades. I tested it on my buckwheat bread, which is always quite sticky. Khromy did extremely well. The blades are very sharp. Highly recommended as a professional tool for bakers.
