I connected this camera to a Pi 4b installed on an Ender 3 Pro printer. Connection is easy and once the bracket was printed, installation went smoothly. Night vision is excellent and focus can be adjusted manually, although the field of focus is a bit narrow. It says it's 1080p, but it's a 4:3 aspect ratio, not 16:9. Using it with the OctoPi required some additional tweaking to go beyond 640 x 480, but it was easy to do with a Google search . But then again, this is more about what I connected it to than the camera itself. Night vision works automatically in low light, otherwise it works like a standard camera.
