The best part is that it's super easy for people who don't have much tech know-how or time available, because everything you need can be done via email only! No more having someone come in when they're not scheduled just so we could pay them cash money (because all our payments are online now!). I would like there was an easier way of managing donations from one place instead if going into each individual website separately as well - maybe something along those lines? It took us about 2 days before everyone knew how things worked/were setup etc., but once set up this system has been great!! And most importantly being able to send out emails with donation reminders makes life SO MUCH EASIER. We used another service previously which didn’t allow any reminder options at all – even though many other fundraising companies do offer some.
