The ability to have my own page with all of my information, including my contact info. I can also set up reminders for myself by email or text message. It is very easy to use! The best part is that it's super easy for people who don't have much tech know-how or time available, because everything you need can be done via email only! No more having someone come in when they're not scheduled just so we could pay them cash money (because all our payments are online now!). I like that it's easy for my organization to use, but at least in our case we're not using it as much as we thought we would! It was just easier to have people send an email or text instead of going through this platform. The interface is also clunky sometimes and takes some longer than you'd think to navigate around. The ability for all of our team (pastors, choir directors etc) in one place so that we can make donations easy through paypal or credit card in addition to having access to member information is really great! I like Smartchurch because that I can see who are going through the website with me, so It helps you in knowing how many people are using it on different activities and how much they give for their services and events. Smartchurch is very well organized service so we have almost everything about our church online where anybody can access it anywhere at no cost of time.
