Works perfectly. zero instructions. But the support is excellent.

This product connects a Tekonsha controller (works with multiple) to the factory wiring harness connector if installed. , and useful. But why did I have to call her for the basics? The bad news: no instructions, not even a link to the instructions, no indication of where the mysterious connector is hidden, even though this is a non-standard part for new RAMs. Seems like they can make life easier and save money by adding basic instructions and tips and therefore avoiding my double tech support call. .GRAMS
