The ease of use for both customers and users alike. It is very user friendly. I dislike that in some cases you cannot copy paste data into other programs without losing formatting. Sometimes it will not let me add new items until i close out another program. This can be frustrating when doing multiple things at once. Its great if you have many different people using this software. If everyone knows how to work with the system then its easy to keep all your information organized so there are no errors. We have been able to easily organize our storage and shipping operations.
