The best part about linkretail was how easy it made my life as the manager! I could see immediately what areas we needed improvement with customer service or product knowledge etc.. It also gave me insight into where shoppers would end up shopping after visiting us which helped direct future marketing efforts towards those stores/clients who may have been overlooked previously. We are currently working through some minor issues but nothing too major so far.
