Excellent Software, Exceptional Customer Service

I have been able to see what my customers are doing while at my location using this software! It's helped me understand where people tend to go during certain times or days so it helps with scheduling when best to open/close stores. The customer support has also always been helpful! There really isn't anything I dislike about them as far as how friendly & knowledgeable they've all seemed to be!! Keep your eyes out for upcoming new features but we haven’t found any issues yet! Great program for managing retail store locations

The best part about linkretail was how easy it made my life as the manager! I could see immediately what areas we needed improvement with customer service or product knowledge etc.. It also gave me insight into where shoppers would end up shopping after visiting us which helped direct future marketing efforts towards those stores/clients who may have been overlooked previously. We are currently working through some minor issues but nothing too major so far. If you're looking at this software…
