This scooter is great! 15 mph sounds slow, but it's way faster than expected! Gives you the "jerk" but is nice. It's really quiet and rides well. Charges fast as well. It comes assembled, just make sure to screw in the handlebars according to the manual to make it easier. Also has a nice LCD display displaying: battery life, speed, cruise control, and speed level. It goes 5 mph at level 1, and 10mph at Level 2 and 15mph at level 3. Tires are hefty and are good for dirty and unpaved roads. It will ride in short grass, but speed will decrease. Definitely recommended and better than a Razor electric scooter!
